Resident involvement and engagement are a vital part of our efforts to ensure that residents remain at the heart of what we do at Notting Hill Genesis and under our newly invigorated involvement and engagement model there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in areas that matter to you.

Our aim is to attract a more diverse range of voices to take part in projects and activities that improve the services you receive. Depending on the time you can give and the interests you have, offering different ways to get involved such as scrutiny projects, one-off meetings or consultations, as well as local engagement opportunities such as regional meetings and drop-in sessions, means the model remains inclusive and flexible for all our residents.

Following an extensive consultation period, we recently updated our involvement and engagement model. Find out how the model was developed.

Consultation opportunities

Personal Independence Payments - the government have recently released a call for evidence on Personal Independence Payments (PIP). They are seeking views from disabled people and PIP claimants. The aim is to get a better understanding of how PIP should be used to support people.

The key themes they are looking at are how PIP is assessed and barriers to accessing PIP, the current experience of claiming PIP, how this could be improved and how PIP adapts to the future as well as wider changes needed to make PIP work.

This is likely to have a big impact on future changes to PIP, so it is important that your voice is heard. If you would like to submit a response, you can do so online, by post or via email. All responses must be submitted by 28 May 2026. More information on the call for evidence and details about how to respond are available on the government website.
