In June and July of this year, we carried out a series of forums to enable us to keep residents like you informed about what is happening in your area.
The forums, one for each of the four regions in which we have housing, were also an opportunity for you to ask your local housing staff any questions about the services you’re receiving.
Due to the pandemic, the forums took place online via Microsoft Teams so that residents could participate safely from home.
Now that all four forums have taken place, we are publishing the questions we received along with our answers. We are also sharing videos of the forums if you did not get the chance to attend and would like to watch these back.
