This week is Digital Week

Most residents are now using My Account to manage their home and together have used it over 1 million times! To celebrate and to help those missing out we’re running Digital Week from 13-17 September 2021. All week long we’ll be promoting registration and showcasing how it can work for you.

My Account is the fastest, most convenient way to manage your home, 24/7/365. With My Account you can contact your local officer, raise and track repairs and get things done on your schedule. My Account is fast and reliable.

Save time, get instant notifications and be sure your message is received. With all your details up-to-date and in one place, your local officer will never miss a beat.

It’s your opportunity to take control of your tenancy and make sure your voice is heard. From 15 September My Account is the new way to get in touch, ask questions, raise repairs, and more. Not registered yet? Activate your account right now.

Wednesday 15 September at 6.30pm

Join the My Account masterclass

There is no need to RSVP. Just open the link above at the time of meeting.

Please note: You do not need an account to join the masterclass but you may find it difficult to interact if using a mobile device. We recommend that you use a computer, laptop or a tablet to be able to participate fully.

How to join via Microsoft Teams

Step 1:

You can access the event without any additional software, but for the best experience we recommend downloading Microsoft Teams for free.

Step 2:

If you do not download MS Teams you will be given the option to 'watch on the web'. This works well on desktop/laptop computers but we recommend downloading the app if using a mobile device (phone/tablet).

Step 3:

When joining the event you can choose to join as a guest/anonymously or sign in. Please note that if you do not sign in with your name, we will not be able to follow up any questions after the event.

Step 4a:

You can ask your questions using the questions and answers function by typing in and submitting your question. On a desktop/laptop this is in the top right corner and will appear as a sidebar in the window.

Step 4b:

On a phone/tablet using the app the button will appear the top right corner.

Clicking to submit a question will take you to a new screen, you can hit back to return to the video feed after submitting your question.

We look forward to seeing you there.
