Join our virtual regional resident forums

We’ve set up a new round of regional forums which all residents are welcome to attend.

As before, the forums will take place online so you can participate safely from home via Microsoft Teams (instructions are below). The meetings will enable us to keep you informed about what is happening in your area, and you’ll be able to ask your local housing staff any questions you may have about the services you’re receiving.

Questions will be moderated by staff. If you have any specific queries related to your property, do please contact your housing officer or visit your My Account portal in the first instance.

Please join us at the virtual forum in your area (details below). Please note that, in order to ensure a more even distribution of our properties between the four areas where we have housing, some homes now fall under a different region. If you live in Kensington and Chelsea, you are now in our South region, and our West region now includes Croydon, Sutton, Merton and Richmond. If you are affected by this change, we have written to you but if you have any concerns, please speak to your housing officer.

There is no need to RSVP. Just open the relevant link at the time of meeting. Instructions are below.

Please note you will not need an account to join the forum but you may find it difficult to interact if using a mobile device. We recommend that you use a computer, laptop or a tablet to be able to participate fully.

How to join via Microsoft Teams

Step 1:

You can access the event without any additional software, but for the best experience we recommend downloading Microsoft Teams for free.

Step 2:

If you do not download MS Teams you will be given the option to 'watch on the web'. This works well on desktop/laptop computers but we recommend downloading the app if using a mobile device (phone/tablet).

Step 3:

When joining the event you can choose to join as a guest/anonymously or sign in. Please note that if you do not sign in with your name, we will not be able to follow up any questions after the event.

Step 4a:

You can ask your questions using the questions and answers function by typing in and submitting your question. On a desktop/laptop this is in the top right corner and will appear as a sidebar in the window.

Step 4b:

On a phone/tablet using the app the button will appear the top right corner.

Clicking to submit a question will take you to a new screen, you can hit back to return to the video feed after submitting your question.

We look forward to seeing you there.
