One of the most frequent enquiries we get is about how we set our rents and service charges. We now have an opportunity for you to join a group which helps decide just that.
At NHG we want our residents to understand what they are being charged for and why. In the forum, we work with residents on setting rents and service charge budgets before they’re applied. You’d have the opportunity to challenge both types of charge and ensure that decisions are as straightforward and transparent as we can make them.
Most engagement will be made electronically either by email or by video conferencing to make participation easy but the forum may also meet physically or virtually on specific issues during the year. If your access to technology is limited, we can work with you to ensure you participate in some way.
