We recently held a ‘housing surgery’ in Ladbroke Grove to give our residents in the Kensington and Chelsea area the opportunity to meet with NHG staff and discuss any concerns.
Over 40 residents attended, including those who had booked places in advance and others who dropped in on the day.
Local surgeries are a good way for our housing teams to meet and listen to residents views. They also allow residents the opportunity to speak to housing teams about improvements they want to see and discuss any unresolved issues including rehousing, repair and tenancy issues. We run housing surgeries in a number of locations.
