We have introduced a whole new resident involvement model giving people across all tenures the chance to influence and scrutinise the work we do. If you are interested in getting more involved, there are many opportunities currently open.
Estate monitors
Are you interested in becoming an estate monitor? You will be asked to rate the quality of services such as grounds maintenance and cleaning and liaise with your housing or neighbourhood officer about communal repairs.
Resident oversight and scrutiny group
Might you like to be on a group that will have oversight of all resident feedback and undertake service reviews alongside staff? We are recruiting to a new resident oversight and scrutiny group. To find out more about applying please contact the involvement team on involvement@nhhg.org.uk.
Calling all residents in north and south London
Do you live in north or south London? We are planning to set up new local forums that will look at housing management issues in these areas. We are currently at the planning stage and the first of the new meetings will be held next year. If you would like to find out more about this, please get in touch with us and check out our get involved page for updates.
Interested in setting up a resident association where you live?
We can help. Please find more information on how you can start your own residents group.
We will provide training, reimbursement of travel and other expenses, and other support to ensure that residents can get involved. If any of the options above are of interest, or to find out about other opportunities, including one-off focus groups and so on, please contact the involvement team on 020 3815 0010 or involvement@nhhg.org.uk.
