John Astor House and Elizabeth House are great places to live, work and socialise with the best that London has to offer right on your doorstep. These buildings are superbly located close to the main hospital sites where many of our residents are employed.

All our rooms are let fully furnished. Bathroom, shower and kitchen facilities are shared. We also have en-suite rooms with shared kitchen facilities.

Rent details

UCLH employees (paid via salary deduction) are entitled to a discount rate for rooms:

  • Standard room £799.60
  • Medium room (applicable to Elizabeth House only) £907.57
  • Large room £932.58

Our accommodation is let on assured shorthold tenancy agreements for either 6 months (rooms) or 12 months (en-suites) fixed term with the option of a rolling contract. The rent includes all utility bills except for the TV licence. Complementary Wi-Fi is only available to applicants who opt for en-suites. Fibre optic broadband is installed in the building and accessible to all tenants.

John Astor House

  • A club room where our residents have access to watch their TV programmes or even play games.
