How much will I have to pay for my deposit?

The deposit is no more than one month’s rent

Deposits are refundable subject to the condition of property and rent account at the end of your tenancy

Do I have to buy my own furniture?

The property is fully furnished unless otherwise stated. We do not provide bedlinen, utensils, or cutlery

Do you provide a single or double bed?

It depends on the occupancy of the property

Can relatives and friends occasionally stay over?

No - rooms are single occupancy units

Can I smoke in my room?

No, smoking is not permitted in your room or in the communal areas

When can I view the property?

Viewings are conducted Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm

How many people share the facilities?

For each scheme this may vary. Contact the lettings team directly

Can I rent the property for 4 weeks?

The minimum contract is 6 or 12 months

Can I reside in the property after this time?

The tenancy becomes a rolling contract

Can I cancel the tenancy at any time?

You must adhere to the obligations laid out in your tenancy agreement

Can my friend view the property on my behalf?

The applicant is required to view the property in person for right to rent purpose

Can I see photos of the actual room?

Yes or example pictures can be provided

Can furniture be removed from the room?

No

Once Notting Hill Genesis has confirmed the provisional offer in writing, the referencing may take between 3-7 working days
