Find out information about upcoming Resident Forum events, regional meetings and ways to get involved in shaping the services that matter to you. Whether you want to share feedback, join discussions, or help influence decisions, there are plenty of opportunities to make your voice heard.

Upcoming opportunities to get involved

  • Repairs workshops - Join us for a practical repairs training session to help residents feel more confident maintaining your home. You’ll learn how to raise repairs through Workwise, report issues effectively, and ask questions about the repairs process. After the training, you’ll take part in a hands‑on workshop covering essential home maintenance skills. The workshop will be held on Tuesday 24 February from 11am - 1pm. If you would like to attend, please email Involvement@nhg.org.uk by 4 February to secure your space.
  • Become the Resident Forum Chair at Notting Hill Genesis - We’re looking for an inspiring leader to chair our Resident Forum, a group that plays a vital role in strengthening residents’ voices and shaping services across NHG. As Chair, you’ll lead forum meetings, champion resident involvement, and work closely with senior NHG staff to ensure transparency, integrity, and meaningful engagement. The deadline for applications is 2 FebruaryFind out more.
  • Fire alarms and sprinkler servicing and repairs contractor procurement - Help us choose new contractors for this vital service. Email involvement@nhg.org.uk to find out more.

Register your interest to be kept informed of these and all other upcoming opportunities.

Consultation opportunities

  • Domestic noise and neighbour disputes policy - We’re reviewing our domestic noise and neighbour disputes policy and would like your feedback. The policy explains how we respond to everyday noise between neighbours that isn’t considered ASB, and how we manage non-housing-related neighbour disputes. We’re especially keen to hear from residents who have experienced these issues and want to share their views on our process and how it could be improved. We’ll be holding an in‑person session and an online session in the last week of January. If you’d like to get involved, please contact us via policy@nhg.org.uk
  • No Access Policy - We are currently reviewing our ‘No Access Policy’ and want to hear your feedback. The policy outlines our approach to gaining access to a resident’s home for repairs, emergency situations and legally required compliance checks. As part of our regular review process, we want to make sure the policy continues to reflect best practice and meets all regulatory requirements. Your views and experiences will help us improve the process. Please send your views to policy@nhg.org.uk by 12 February.
