Hambledon Court offers safe and secure accommodation at intermediate market rent exclusively for key workers and NHS staff at King’s College Hospital, King’s College London and other hospitals. This means that residents of Hambledon Court pay 80% of the usual market value for a similar property in the area. King's College Hospital employees nominated via the trust are given priority.
The rent is £606.69 per calendar month. This includes utility bills, council tax and Wi-Fi. A deposit of £606.69 is required upon signing up as well as pro-rata rent.
The minimum length of the licence is 6 months and there is no maximum length of the licence.
All communal hallways are being repainted and some of the bathrooms are being refurbished.
Living at Hambledon Court
There are 40 cluster flats at the residence. All residents have their own bedrooms and share a kitchen/living room and two bathrooms with three others. The flats are fully furnished although residents need to bring their own bedding, cutlery, crockery, and towels.
There is an on-site laundrette and a bike storage facility.

- Lordship Lane and its surrounding streets are a 10 to fifteen-minute walk from Hambledon Court. Here you will find lots of leisure areas and a post office
