Hambledon Court offers safe and secure accommodation at intermediate market rent exclusively for key workers and NHS staff at King’s College Hospital, King’s College London and other hospitals. This means that residents of Hambledon Court pay 80% of the usual market value for a similar property in the area. We hope you feel welcome and safe here.
The rent is £567 per calendar month. This includes utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi. A deposit of £567 is required upon sign up as well as one month’s pro-rata rent.
The minimum length of the licence is 6 months and there is no maximum length of license.
Living at Hambledon Court
There are 40 cluster flats at the residence. All residents have their own bedroom and share a kitchen/living room and two bathrooms with three others. The flats are fully furnished although residents need to bring their own bedding, cutlery, crockery and towels.
There is an on-site laundrette and a bike storage facility.
Providing you with safe and secure accommodation is our top-priority. We have installed closed circuit security television on the premises. All bedroom and flat doors have locks and communal entrances are secured. We also have robust fire safety procedures in place.
Hambledon Court is approximately one mile from King’s College Hospital’s main campus.
East Dulwich station is a five minute walk away and Denmark Hill station is a fifteen minute walk away.
East Dulwich is home to many shops, restaurants, cafes and a cinema. Dulwich Village nearby is an idyllic city village and is home to Belair Park and Dulwich Park.
Lordship Lane and its surrounding streets are a 10 to fifteen minute walk from Hambledon Court. Here you will find lots of leisure areas and a post office.
Sainsbury’s is a five-minute walk away from Hambledon Court and is open until midnight.
