Bernard Street and The Colonnade; these modern and well-presented purpose-built buildings are in the heart of Central London with easy access to Oxford Street, Covent Garden and the West End. They are surrounded by great local services and shopping facilities, as well as having the advantage of being close to the main Great Ormond Street Hospital, where many residents work.

The buildings are located within a 2-minute walk to Russell Square tube station and a 10-minute walk to Euston mainline railway station. There are also lots of great shops, restaurants and public transport links nearby. London’s major shopping road Oxford Street is a 10-minute walk away.

The rooms are situated within flats in modern well-presented buildings. Residents in each room share the communal kitchen, bathroom, shower and toilet facilities. All the rooms are fully furnished. Laundry facilities are available to tenants next to the office in the garden area between the Colonnade and Bernard Street flats. The machines are coin operated, and the launderette is open 24 hours a day.

Bernard Street offers flats and houses with facilities shared between two and five people. There are also self contained studio apartments that are available.

The Colonnade offers flats with facilities shared between three and seven people.

Rents range between £600 and £825 for each calendar month and include all utility bills (except TV Licence and WiFi costs).

WiFi is available throughout the Colonnade buildings. Residents pay separately for WiFi and flexible packages are available to suit most needs.
