Bernard Street and The Colonnade

These well-presented purpose-built buildings are located in the heart of Central London with easy access to Oxford Street, Covent Garden and the West End. They are surrounded by great local services and shopping facilities, as well as having the advantage of being close to the main Great Ormond Street Hospital, where many residents work.

Each room shares the communal kitchen, bathroom, shower and toilet facilities. All rooms are fully furnished. Laundry facilities are available to tenants next to the office in the garden area between the Colonnade and Bernard Street flats. Download the app on both Android and iOS devices for easy cashless top-ups and machine management. The laundrette is open 24hrs.

Bernard Street offers flats and houses with facilities shared between two and five residents.

The Colonnade offers flats with facilities shared between three and seven residents.

Rents range between £607.87 -£927.84 pcm for a room in a shared flat.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the Colonnade buildings. Residents pay separately for Wi-Fi and flexible packages are available to suit most needs.

We have extensive plans for Colonnade/Bernard Street throughout 2023.
N
ew kitchens are in the process of being fitted at Chandler House and Baker House. All bathrooms and shower rooms are being refurbished in both Bernard Street and The Colonnade. All communal carpets are being replaced on The Colonnade.
