Living with us
Our Independent living services service provides the opportunity for our residents who are over the ages of 55 to live independently. Within our schemes we have one to two-bedroom apartments with access to safe communal garden space, lounges to interact with other residents and also communal kitchens.
We have a range of schemes in the Greater London, East Hertfordshire & Essex areas, with site facilities officers in each scheme and also with each resident being allocated a Supported Housing Officer with any assistance relating to Housing issues within their property.

If you're already living with us, contact your housing officer via My Account about independent living schemes that may suit you.
If you have spare rooms in your home, you may be eligible for a downsizing payment and help towards moving to a smaller home. Your housing officer will be able to advise you.
Not living with us, but interested?
If you're not a Notting Hill Genesis tenant and would like to move into one of our independent living schemes, please contact your local authority.
