Based on resident feedback we have reviewed the project programme and how we are reporting on project progress. We have now agreed an overall programme with Ardmore and have carried out a testing period where we have been tracking progress against the agreed programme. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the works and various industry supply chain constraints deviation from the agreed programme order was unavoidable. Therefore, instead of communicating an overall programme, we have introduced an alternative tracking process to ensure residents are kept up to date with progress on their relevant buildings and elevations.
The content below breaks down the project by building elevation showing the location of the associated task. It details the agreed programme dates along with an up-to-date status and commentary. This will be updated on a weekly basis each Friday to reflect the current progress. We trust that this method will be more transparent and reliable for residents.
The status will track actions using 4 conditions;
Complete – When a task has been fully completed and passed all relevant quality assurance signoff
In Progress – When a task is actively underway
On Track – When a task is yet to begin but is expected to commence as per the programmed dates
Delayed – When a task is either not on track to start as programmed or is expected to overrun the programmed completion dates.
We will utilise the comment section to update you on any new dates as required but will always track progress against the agreed programme start and end dates which will remain fixed.
