Given the complexity and weight of the gantry structure construction was temporarily paused to conduct a further Structural Engineering review. This has now concluded and recommended that the car park area is backpropped to support the structure and these works have now commenced. Once these works have completed the construction of the gantry around Halo Tower will continue. Further to this following the introduction of the PAS9980 FRAEW process as part of the Building Safety Act 2022 Ardmore are carrying out this assessment on the block. This is being carried out as the original scope of works for this block was produced prior to this regulation change and we want to ensure that we carry out all necessary works in line with current regulation. We anticipate that this review will conclude at the end of April and we will communicate any change to the existing scope at that time.
Once this process has completed Ardmore will produce a full construction programme which will be shared on this page as soon as it is available. Progress will then be tracked in the same manner as the other blocks.
