
At our annual staff conference we want to give the stage to you.
We have our annual all-staff conference in June and want to ensure that all colleagues – especially those who don’t deal with residents day-to-day – hear directly from some of our customers. Record a short video submission on your phone telling us why good service matters and the difference it makes when we do things well.
We're open to anything you want to say but are particularly interested in hearing about:
- why delivering a good service matters to you
- why delivering a good service benefits you and your community
- what we should remember everyday we come to work.
We really appreciate your taking part and want to make sure every one of us is able to hear your voice. If you have any questions about submitting your video, please email digitalteam@nhg.org.uk
