Something important is coming and we want you to be part of it.
Over the next few months NHG will be developing a new Resident Engagement Strategy. We want to build it with you – shaped by your experience, your priorities, and what matters most to you about where you live.
We want provide homes and services that enable you to thrive. This strategy is how we make that real – not just words, but something you can see and feel in how we work with you every day. We want to create it with you so you can shape and influence it right from the start. We want to end up with a strategy that genuinely reflects the way you want to engage, involve, and work us now, and in the future.
We’re working with forward thinking agency, Hemingway Design, to go out into our communities between June and September to talk to as many residents as possible. There will be many ways to get involved:
- Community events and workshops
- Online
- Digital surveys
- Door knocking for those who prefer a face-to-face chat
- Resident group discussion
- 1:1 conversation
We want to hear from everyone, your voice matters.
What happens with what you tell us?
We will show you clearly how your input has shaped the strategy. Your feedback will be the foundation of a genuine ‘you said’ we did’ approach - so you can see the difference your involvement makes.
