We’re pleased that our developments Kidbrooke and Perfume Factory, will soon be welcoming new residents.
Our development in Greenwich, Kidbrooke Square, is set to welcome residents at the end of this month. Kidbrooke Square is a mixed-use, residential led project providing 619 new homes of which half will be affordable, split between shared ownership and London Affordable Rent. The homes are a range of one, two and three bed residential apartments with great transport links as the development is close to Kidbrooke Station.
All residents will have access to a concierge service and benefit from having an on-site management team including an estate operations manager. There will be commercial space available on the development which has a nursery and a gym for residents. There’s also a substantial amount of outdoor space along with podium gardens within the blocks.
Perfume Factory will also be welcoming new residents as it’s due to handover soon and residents can start moving in shortly after that. Perfume Factory is in North Acton and is a redevelopment of an iconic west London factory site which was once owned by Elizabeth Arden. The factory was designed by Wallis Gilbert & Partners in 1939, and produced the iconic fragrance 'Red Door.' To honour the site's history, a sculpture of a red door will be a prominent feature within the development.
Perfume Factory will provide 376 apartments across three residential blocks comprising 12, 16 and 25 storeys, which will be made up of a mix of tenures including 238 private build to rent (BTR) and 138 affordable housing homes.
John Hughes, deputy chief executive and group director of development for Notting Hill Genesis, said:
“It’s fantastic to be breathing life into these communities. Notting Hill Genesis feel very privileged to be able to contribute to the re-establishment of these neighbourhoods and to bring these much need affordable homes into use for residents.”
