We are working to improve our services and want to hear directly from you about your experiences.
We are inviting a small group of residents to take part in an online focus group session, where you can share your views on how our services work in practice. Your feedback will help shape future improvements, including how you:
- Contact customer care
- Report and track repairs
- Request updates
- Make general enquiries
There are no right or wrong answers. We are simply interested in your honest experience of what works well and what could be better.
What to expect
During the session, we will:
- Talk through how our services currently work
- Share some ideas we’re considering for improvement
- Ask for your thoughts on what matters most to you
Session details
- When: Wednesday 27 May (this may be subject to change and we’ll keep you updated)
- Duration: Around 60–90 minutes
- Time: After 5pm (exact time to be confirmed closer to the time)
- Where: Online (MS teams)
You do not need any special knowledge or preparation, just your honest feedback.
