New and improved service charge section

We’ve updated the service charge section of our website to make it easier for residents to find the information they need. These changes are based on resident feedback and aim to improve clarity, accessibility and self-service.

What’s new?

Previously, rent and service charges were combined in a single section. We’ve now separated them so it’s easier to find the information you need about each one. This change helps make things clearer and more straightforward for residents.

This includes:

  • Rent – Now has its own dedicated page with clearer information.
  • Service charge – Expanded to include more detail and new pages.
  • Universal credit – Updated with additional guidance.

We know that service charge can sometimes feel confusing or unclear. Residents have told us they want more transparency and better explanations of what their charges cover.
