Listening to our residents – new tenant satisfaction measures

Over the next four weeks, a random selection of around 600 social housing residents who live in Notting Hill Genesis homes will be contacted to participate in a telephone survey to find out what you think of our services.

Please help us by taking the time to participate if you’re approached. The survey is being carried out by an independent research organisation called The Leadership Factor, who will be happy to arrange a new time slot if their first call comes at an inconvenient time. It should take you no longer than 10 minutes to answer the questions, and your responses will be completely anonymous.

The questions have been set by the Regulator of Social Housing and will be used by all social housing providers to show how we’re performing against new tenant satisfaction measures. Those measures have been introduced in response to the government’s charter for social housing residents and are designed to ensure that anyone who lives in social housing can understand how their services compare to those provided by other landlords.

The results will also help us identify any areas of concern that we’re not already addressing, and adapt our services to ensure we better meet your needs. We’ll use them alongside other regular feedback, including after you’ve had contact with us or following a repair or an annual home visit.

We’ll be undertaking further surveys to support the tenant satisfaction measures over the next 12 months and will combine the results to provide an overall figure to report to the regulator, and to all our residents, in spring 2024.

Thank you for your help.
