We're inviting residents to join a small group discussion with Victor Da Cunha, Chief Customer Officer, and Helen Evans, Interim Chief Executive.
As the newest members of our Executive Board, Victor and Helen want to hear directly from residents about their experiences of living in our homes and communities.
These conversations will build on what we've already learned from our recent Every Voice Survey. They’re an opportunity for residents to talk openly about the issues that matter most, tell us what's working well, and share ideas about what we can do better.
We want to understand:
What matters most to residents
The key issues affecting your day-to-day experience
Where we need to improve
How we can work together to put things right
These will be informal, small-group sessions designed to encourage open and honest discussion. They will be private sessions with limited spaces and we will try to ensure there is a diverse mix of residents across each session.
