As part of our residents-first commitment to give you as many opportunities as possible to ask questions and raise issues, we have organised a meeting for residents of affected buildings (Sapphire, Opal, Ruby and Amber Courts) with Notting Hill Genesis and local partners.
This meeting will not include on this occasion residents of buildings where residents have not been relocated (Halo Tower and Warton).
You can submit questions in advance to communications@nhg.org.uk, and there will be an opportunity to submit questions when you arrive at the venue or during the event using the Slido app or in-person. We of course cannot confirm that we will be able to answer all questions posed, for example for legal reasons. Staff from Notting Hill Genesis, many of whom you may have met at the Residents Hub in Halo Tower, will be on hand afterwards if you would prefer to ask a question privately. We are also organising a separate online event for leaseholders to ask specific questions.
Meeting details
Tuesday 27 January
6.00pm to 7.30pm
(arrival and registration from 5.30pm)
UEL University Square Stratford (USS) campus, 1 Salway Road, E15 1NF
(see on Google Maps)
Please bring a copy of the email you received on the day, either on your phone or on paper. We will be registering everyone on arrival to ensure that the meeting is focussed on residents of the buildings where there have been relocations. We ask that only one person from each household attends if possible, so that as many people as possible can attend.
