In person meeting for Sapphire Court residents

Thursday 14 May, we are inviting residents of Sapphire Court to meet with us again in person. The meeting will be at:

Members of the Resident Hub team will be there to answer your questions. Light refreshments will be provided.

Please bring a copy of this email on the day, either on your phone or on paper. We will be registering everyone on arrival to ensure the meeting is attended only by Sapphire Court residents.

At the meeting we will have stations where you can ask questions about 

  • What support we can provide if you wish to move permanently, and what that process looks like
  • Storage of your belongings
  • What is possible regarding contents insurance
  • Service charge
  • General enquiries

If you want us to provide answers to anything else please email us at communications@nhg.org.uk by Tuesday 12 May at noon.

This is not a meeting to discuss structural issues and we will not have members of the building safety team in attendance, nor anyone from our structural engineering advisers. There will be a further meetings in future where you will be able to ask questions about structural issues, but next Thursday is focused on the support we can provide you.
