In person meeting for Sapphire Court residents
Next Thursday 12 March, we are inviting residents of Sapphire Court to meet with us again in person. The meeting will be at:
Old Town Hall Stratford
29 The Broadway
E15 4BQ (view location on Google maps)
Thursday 12 March
6 - 7.30pm
Please register your interest in attending using the from below. The venue can hold 80 attendees, so it is important that you let us know if you are planning to join us, and make us aware of any accessibility needs you have.
Please bring a copy of the email you received from us on the day, either on your phone or on paper. We will be registering everyone on arrival to ensure the meeting is attended only by Sapphire Court residents.
At the meeting, you will share more about:
- Arrangements for the chaperone service
- Plans for storage of larger belongings
- What is possible regarding contents insurance
- Costs and services at your home (broadband/TV services etc)
- What support we can provide if you wish to move permanently
- How you can have a say on future engagement with us
There will also be time for questions, and we will have members of the Resident Hub team on-hand to speak to you about any specific issues you may have.
This is not a meeting to discuss structural issues and we will not have members of the building safety team in attendance, or anyone from our structural engineering advisers. We will hold further meetings in future where you will be able to as questions about structural issues, but next Thursday is focused on the support we can provide you at this challenging time.
