Fire safety information

The Responsible Person for your building according to the Fire Safety (Regulatory Reform) Act is Notting Hill Genesis (Bruce Kenrick House, 2 Killick Street, London, N1 9FL). 

NHG employ Savills (33 Margaret Street, London W1G 0JD) to complete a Fire Risk Assessment of your building every year.

Your building has a stay put policy. We explain what that means in the animation on this page. We also send you a letter every year which tells you more about what this means. A copy of that letter is on this page too. 


Building safety information

Your building has been registered with the Building Safety Regulator. 

Registration number for each core are as follows:  

  • Sapphire Court Flats 1-71 - HRB03806Q8K4 
  • Sapphire Court Flats 72-91 - HRB03967X4K2 
  • Sapphire Court Flats 92-131 – HRB03974K9D8 

The Principal Accountable Person for your building under the Building Safety Act 2022 is: Notting Hill Genesis (Bruce Kenrick House, 2 Killick Street, London, N1 9FL). 

The regulator asks us to apply for a building assessment certificate every 5 years (or sooner if they choose) so that they can check we’re managing the building safely.   

The regulator hasn’t asked us to apply for a certificate yet – we’ll update you when they do.
