The aim of the project is to support ex-offenders who are in employment to 'level up'. Levelling up could be anything from an increase in wages, a change in contractual hours, promotion to a change in shift pattern, change in location or the consideration of a client's religious beliefs. Whatever makes the client's job 'better' for them, Level up aims to support them with it, hopefully improving their employment situation.
