Futures For You is working with The National Careers Service to provide employment support in Hertfordshire. Whether you're unemployed, looking to make a change in your career or looking for new skills and training opportunities, we can help. We have a team of advisors who can provide 1-2-1 support over the phone, video chat or email. Even if you have been made redundant we can still help you understand how redundancy affects your emotions, identify your transferable skills, training needs, courses and help you search for a new job.
Warm Homes project is an income maximisation project delivered by Essex Citizens Advice Bureau. The project is available for anyone who is struggling to pay their energy bills, especially if you are:
- On a low income
- Have high fuel costs
- Over 65
- Have a disability or are a carer
- Families with young children
Even if you don't fall into any of the categories above, we may still be able to help you to:
- maximise your income
- help you manage fuel debt
- install extra measures like insulation or boiler repairs
- change the way you use energy to save money
- switch suppliers to a get a better deal
Areas Covered: Basildon, Billericay, Brentwood, Castle Point, Chelmsford, Harlow (including Epping), Maldon, Rayleigh, Uttlesford (which encompasses Bishops Stortford, Dunmow and Saffron Walden), Wickford.

Connect Well is a project run by Living Well CIC, a mental health and wellbeing charity currently offering free online and telephone support services to help improve the mental health and emotional wellbeing of lonely or isolated Londoners who are part the BAME (Black and Minority Ethnic), LGBT or HIV communities.
Legal advice, case funding and payment for everyday legal problems. The Justice Community was built to help ordinary people defend their legal rights. The Justice Community take a supportive approach to coaching and supporting people to resolve disputes, empower individuals to know their rights and seek the justice they deserve.
Notting Hill Genesis will soon be starting recruitment for a number of traineeships and apprenticeships on the Aylesbury Estate Regeneration Project in Walworth. Some of these will be for on-site trades, such as painting and decorating, bricklaying, carpentry, drylining and electrics. Others will be for office-based roles, such as document controlling. These opportunities are a great way to kick-start your career in the construction sector and will pay 25% above the National Minimum Wage.
