Issues with MyAccount payments

While the vast majority of customer card payments made online via MyAccount are being processed effectively a small proportion of our customers have recently been unable to make payments. We’ve escalated this issue to the suppliers who provide this service to us and they are currently working on addressing it.

For those customers experiencing issues when making a payment via MyAccount our account details (below) can be used to make a payment using online banking or at a local bank. This is only a temporary workaround – once the My Account issue is resolved you must revert to paying in the usual way. The payment reference number of the rent or service charge account must be quoted as the reference on the transaction so that the monies are credited to the correct account.

To locate the payment reference number of the account customers can open the ‘payments and statements’ section in their MyAccount dashboard and find the reference above and beside the account statement.
