There will be a series of intrusive investigations as part of the Building Safety PCSA period from the 17th June to 10th July as discussed in recent resident meetings.
The contractor, Equans, will be sending communication regarding the timing of the works in each block. All investigations will be performed using mobile scaffolding and access platforms, so will not be permanently fixed.
Four consecutive parking bays (76-79) in the centre of the Meadows (mainly used by contractors) will be required during this period for the welfare unit and mobile platform. (Parking bay bollards will be installed to these bays, which will remain once the works are completed.) We will be communicating with any residents who have been allocated or demised these bays directly. There will be a goodwill gesture payment made and any reasonably incurred parking fees (not parking fines) for those residents will be reimbursed during this period.
We will do all we can to minimise any inconvenience during this period. If you are impacted by the works or use of the parking bays and have not been contacted, please let the Estate team know and they will seek to address your concerns.
