Onsite Mobilisation
We have established our site compound area, and our temporary welfare facilities are now in place at the front of 22, St Pancras Way this is in preparation for the works to commence, these facilities will be changed in the coming weeks we will advise you more once we have more details.
The site setup includes situating the welfare facilities and site offices for all operatives working on site. This also includes the installation of the scaffolding and the hoist and a loading gantry.
A secure perimeter fencing will also be put up along with the implementation of a traffic management plan to address the restrictions of the one-way road.
Pre-condition surveys are scheduled to commence from Monday 18th May between the hours of 9am and 2pm, should you not be available on the above date as requested please do contact your resident liaison officer, Leanne on her mobile number 07842 318 242, to rearrange a suitable time for your survey to be carried out.
