The Exchange: Parking on the estate

We moved to a digital approach for parking restrictions on the estate from March 2022. This means there will no longer be a need for physical parking permits for those residents who have allocated bays.

Temporary permits for up to 24 hours will be available for contractors and visitors. Those issued with a temporary permit will need to go to the concierge and provide their car registration on arrival.

For those residents who have a parking space allocated to them within their tenancy or lease agreement, please make sure you park there and nowhere else on the estate. If you park elsewhere, you may still get a ticket even if your permit is correctly displayed because the permit only relates to your particular bay. If this applies to you, details of the bay allocated to you can be found in your lease or tenancy agreement.
