We’re excited to open applications for a new resident Non‑Executive Director to join the Notting Hill Genesis Group Board. This is a rare and meaningful opportunity for one of our residents to help shape the future of our organisation at the highest level.
As we continue strengthening our organisation and delivering on our Better Together strategy, your insight as a resident is essential. You’ll bring lived experience directly into the boardroom, helping us make decisions that genuinely reflect what matters to the people who live in our homes. As our recruitment pack explains, board members ensure “the voices, needs and experiences of customers are central to the organisation’s purpose, strategy and decision‑making.”
In this role, you’ll sit on our main Group Board and join two committees, working alongside experienced leaders from housing, finance, governance and beyond. You’ll help set strategic direction, scrutinise performance and champion the standards we expect across NHG.
We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, communicate confidently and bring curiosity and challenge to discussions. You don’t need to be a governance expert—what matters most is your perspective as an NHG resident and your commitment to improving services and strengthening our communities.
