Commercial Spaces

Helping serve communities through our commercial properties

We’re excited to share some of the business joining our commercial properties, which have been selected to meet the needs of local residents and enhance community life.

At NHG, our commercial property team is committed to making the best use of our spaces – not just by finding viable tenants but by partnering with businesses that actively contribute to the communities we serve. As 2025 draws to a close, we are proud to highlight some of the fantastic recent additions to our portfolio. Please do visit if you live nearby.

In the summer we welcomed High Achievers Lab CIC, a community interest company which operates as a gym, to our vibrant Atlantic Road parade in Brixton, under a 10-year lease. As part of the agreement, NHG residents in Brixton will enjoy an exclusive 25% lifetime discount, reinforcing our commitment to supporting local communities.

High Achievers Lab has also launched free weekly community sessions, including programmes for young girls and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities. They’re also exploring partnerships with Age UK to introduce sessions for residents aged 55 and over - an inspiring example of community engagement in action.

Also in Atlantic Road, we welcomed Cactus Laser Clinic, providing top-of-the-range services to our residents and the wider community.

Elsewhere in south-east London, at Kidbrooke Square, we saw our first commercial tenant sign up – Macaroni Penguin, which offers boba-tea and soft-play. This aligns with the high population of young children and families within the local area.

Over at Factory Quarter in Acton, Matchado has taken over two spaces, comprising retail, light industrial and office spaces. Matcha is very much on-trend, and this is an excellent example of how NHG can flexibly accommodate growing independent businesses, making use of the space for manufacture and distribution, and selling through a small kiosk.

At Royal Albert Wharf, following feedback from residents, we have welcomed a barbers and organic supermarket to the estate, with discussions ongoing for a beauty treatment provider to take occupation in due course. The estate is quaint and welcoming commercial occupiers on viable terms has been an ongoing challenge, so we are particularly proud to welcome these new tenants.

All of this underscores the strong demand for NHG’s commercial spaces and our ongoing efforts to create thriving, mixed-use communities.
