Join us for a free event open to all our Westminster residents, focused on tackling damp and mould in your home.
The event is on Wednesday 15 October 3pm – 6.30pm in the main hall of the Beethoven centre W10 4JL.
This interactive session is designed to inform, empower and support residents through a series of workshops and engagement with us and other landlords. It’s a valuable opportunity to gain practical knowledge, understand your rights, and ensure your home is safe, healthy, and energy-efficient.
There’ll be workshops on a number of topics including your rights as a tenant and what we as your landlord are responsible for, with information on Awaab’s Law. We’ll talk you through the different types of damp and mould, how to prevent and manage it and provide tips for effective ventilation and heating.
The event will also have:
- Practical demonstrations to help you spot and address early signs of damp
- Information on repair timeframes - what you should expect and how to report issues
- On-site energy advice to help reduce costs and save on bills
- Representatives from Notting Hill Genesis so you can speak to us directly get tailored advice.
