We had over 50 residents come along to our end of year celebration for our involved residents to say thank you for their participation.
What an incredible evening - this was an event to give back to those residents whose feedback has helped us shape and improve services throughout the year.
Our Chief Customer Officer Chyrel Brown kicked off the evening with an inspiring presentation and expressing her thanks to all residents who participated in focus and task groups, events and strategic discussions as part our team’s delivery programme. Chyrel also highlighted the resident involvement team’s achievements and shared exciting plans for the year ahead.
Next we had the resident awards ceremony. Chyrel and Managing Director of Operations Lucy Glynn proudly presented certificates and trophies to nominated residents for their outstanding contributions which was met with cheers and applause.
Guests were the free to enjoy delicious Caribbean cuisine, refreshing drinks, lively music and dancing. A talented caricature artist added a fun twist, creating keepsake sketches for residents to take home. Every guest left with a goody bag - and plenty of wonderful memories.

One resident was so inspired he is planning a series of events where he lives - proof of the positive impact of this celebration.
t was a night filled with joy, laughter, community spirit, and recognition of the importance and impact of involvement and engagement. It’s much more than tea and sandwiches! Seeing our residents happy and engaged was the perfect way to close the year.
