Shine stands for seasonal health intervention network and support families in fuel poverty. They also do a holistic assessment for up to 30 other local services. They support energy bill discounts, grants, debt clearance and can do a home visit from energy doctor etc.
Eligibility: Older people, disabled people, chronic health problems, families with children under 5 and low income households.
