These pages set out some of the most important safety information that you will need for your building. It’s important for you to know a bit about how your building works and it’s important for us to explain it to you. Doing this we can work together to make sure you’re safe in your home.
Your building has a stay put policy. We explain what that means in the video below. We also send you a letter every year which tells you more about what this means. A copy of that letter is on this page too.

Complaints
Worried about the safety of your building? Contact your BSM, or you can make a building safety complaint through our complaints process.
Building Safety Regulators (BSR)
The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) is a statutory body responsible for overseeing the safety of higher risk residential buildings and ensuring that those responsible for managing them comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Its role includes monitoring building safety standards, holding duty holders to account, and taking enforcement action where there are significant risks to residents.
Residents are encouraged to raise any concerns through our internal complaints policy in the first instance, as this enables issues to be investigated and resolved as promptly as possible. If, however, you remain dissatisfied after exhausting all stages of our complaints process, you may choose to escalate your concerns to the Building Safety Regulator. The BSR will consider matters relating to serious building safety risks and regulatory compliance, but this step should be regarded as a last resort once all internal procedures have been fully completed.
