My Account, our online portal, provides you with instant 24/7 access to your account. It’s a quick, convenient and easy way to perform a number of tasks, including reporting and tracking repairs, contacting your local officer, providing feedback or making a payment.

Seven out of 10 residents at The Exchange are registered with My Account and we sent a registration link to everyone who doesn’t yet have an account in late November. If you need help to register with or log in to My Account, you’ll find advice on our website.

There’s also a live chat function on the website which connects you to colleagues in our customer service centre who can help you with any problems or queries about My Account, usually within a matter of minutes.
