We are inviting residents to take part in focus groups to share feedback on the Tenant Satisfaction Measures Perception Survey (2024–25) and help us improve the services that matter most to you.
The Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) have been introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing to measure how well landlords are doing in providing good quality homes and services. Your feedback will help us make meaningful improvements.
Join one of our focus groups to share your views. This will be a relaxed and open session with some light refreshments provided.
Focus group session schedule
Each session will be a mix of online via Microsoft Teams and in person at one of our offices, so you can choose the option that works best for you.
- Session 1: Monday 19 January from 6pm – Online
- Session 2: Tuesday 20 January from 6pm – In person
- Session 3: Friday 23 January from 3pm – In person
