Notting Hill Genesis have selected a further 30 architects to join our development consultants framework.
This is the second of two architect lots, with a focus on delivering small and specialist projects such as small new-build sites, plots within a masterplan, refurbishments and conversions, commercial fit-outs and marketing suite design. The full framework now comprises 150 consultants across various disciplines.
The architects went through a rigorous selection process with an emphasis on quality, as well as equality and diversity. We sought to promote and make this framework lot accessible to small companies, including businesses owned or managed by people from diverse backgrounds.
Our partners in the framework will support us to deliver high quality homes in vibrant, successful places, with a focus on creating thriving communities. We plan to deliver 7,000 new homes in the Greater London area over the next five years.
Our frameworks are highly regarded and are open to other registered housing providers and local authorities in and around London to procure through.
John Hughes, group director of development, said: “Our new framework is a key part of our commitment to better quality homes and improving the experience for our residents and helping them love their home.
The membership of the framework has a greater level of diversity than we have achieved before. We want the companies we work with to reflect the communities in which we work.
“We look forward to working with our framework partners to re-imagine the quality of the homes we provide and together build a better place.”
The framework will run for four years until 2026, but there is an option to extend this by a further one or two years.
