We owned 6 adjacent properties on a residential street in Hanwell. Acquiring two more from another housing association enabled us to respond to the local housing need by replacing them with a 22 home apartment block, consisting of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom flats and including a children's play area. The scheme won the 2018 National Housing Awards 'Best Small Scheme in Planning' and received NHBC Commended Best Site Award for Health and Safety.
