Millbrook Park is a new suburban development in Mill Hill being delivered over multiple phases by a master developer with a range of house builder partners. We have worked with a number of these as their affordable housing partner.

The development sits on the edge of a green belt and offers panoramic views over Millbrook Park and south to Highgate and Hampstead. The site was formerly home to Inglis Barracks and the British Force Post Office. The former officer’s mess, which is locally listed, has been converted to homes and a GP surgery.
