About Mildmay, Hackney
A phased approach
Work began on site in November 2011 with completion of Phase 1 in July 2014. This phase delivered the re-provision of Mildmay Hospital, as well as 22 homes for social rent, nine shared ownership , 29 private rental and 1 home for private sale.
Phase 2 commenced on site in September 2013 and completed in June 2017. It provided a further six social rent homes, five shared ownership and 24 for private sale, as well as the new Tabernacle Church.
In April 2014, Phase 3 began on site with a completion date of February 2017. This saw the building of the final three social rent homes, 40 homes for private rent and finally the Tab Centre.
