Abbey House

Abbey House was formerly used as a Royal Marines reserve barracks, gym and a shooting range. The previous building also included a World War I memorial which had to be removed, protected and then reinstated within a strict deadline onto the new building in readiness for Armistice Day.

Completed in 2016, the 100% affordable housing development provided much needed new homes to the borough of Southwark with a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. All apartments have direct access to their own private balconies or gardens.
