Rajiv is our first ever chief information officer and joined our executive board on 1 April 2022. His appointment reflects the importance of digital, data and new technology in all the work we do.
He has created a strategic data and technology strategy which has brought about technical clarity and business focus. He has also been spearheading a major change programme which has seen the transformation of data and tapping into vast reserves of information throughout Notting Hill Genesis.
In this role he built world-class digital capability and brought in a common interface which both residents and front-line staff could use.
Prior to joining, Rajiv began his career with local governments to help them digitise their services before moving to work for start-up software agencies which involved implementing digital solutions in the housing sector.
