Keep up to date with the latest at Sapphire Court

We have put in place a chaperone service to allow households to return to Sapphire Court to gather further items from home if necessary. The service started on Monday 17 November, allowing residents to book one-hour slots via a dedicated booking system.

This will ensure we know who is in the building and when, while allowing us to minimise the number of people inside at any one time.

Five teams of chaperones will cover different “zones” of Sapphire Court, with each zone being able to accommodate one visitor per hour.

You have received emails both informing you of your zone and providing a link to the dedicated booking portal.

If, for any reason, you are unable to book via the portal you can also call 020 3815 0333 and be supported by one of our team.

Appointments are first-come, first-served and can be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance, to a maximum of 14 days. We cannot accept same-day bookings.

It is absolutely vital residents do not enter their homes without a chaperone, though they can collect their post from the lobby area.

The service runs from 10am to 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with extended hours of 10am to 7pm on Tuesdays.

We will continue to update you regularly by email, but if you need to contact us there are many ways to do so.

  • Your dedicated resident liaison officer should be your first port of call
  • You can visit the support hub, opposite the entrance to Amber Court
  • Call us on 020 3815 0333
  • For non-urgent enquiries, email us at hotline@nhg.org.uk

If you have any questions, please check the dedicated FAQs page first, as it may already have the answer for you.
