The freeholder of your building (usually us) must make sure it is regularly cleaned to a high standard. This includes all shared areas, such as hallways, staircases and outside areas. We have cleaning contracts to ensure this is done on our behalf, and cleanliness is monitored regularly by your PMO.

Our cleaning and gardening service contracts are often organisation-wide, benefiting our residents from the savings that come from only having to manage one contract as opposed to several. This helps ensure lower management costs and set uniform standards across all the properties that we manage.

If you're not happy with the standard of cleaning in your building, it's important that you let us know as soon as possible. The best way of doing this is to take a photo of the area of concern and reporting it to your PMO using My Account. We can then put our contract management procedure into effect to make sure the problem is fixed and the issue doesn't come up again.
