Settle supports young people aged 25 or under who are taking on a tenancy for the first time.  Settle works alongside the new tenant to help them settle, literally, into their new home. They work particularly with under 25s who are vulnerable  and/or marginalised who may benefit from dedicated support in their first few weeks/months of their tenancy so that they can thrive as a NHG resident and enjoy life in their home. 

Settle designs and delivers high-impact support services to vulnerable young people to ensure that they thrive in the tenancy.  Support is offered just before sign up, or at the time of sign up, so that a Settle support worker can work with the new tenant as close to day one as possible.  Many of those whom Settle work with may be young single parents, affected by mental health illness, or starting their tenancy after being housed within the care system.
