The hub helps Londoners access information, support and advice to help manage their household finances. It includes a wide range of information about claiming benefits, help dealing with debt, financial management and mental health support.
Are you facing financial difficulties? Do you find it hard to manage the money you have coming in?
Money A&E provide money advice and educational services to help you make the most out of your income. Participants will be allocated a money coach who will offer confidential one to one debt, money guidance and support sessions to help you regain control of your finances.
This service enables attendees to identify, set and achieve personal money goals, as well as improve and employ money management skills.
Participants will receive a £25 voucher upon completion of budgeting course
This service is currently being provided over the telephone which enables you to participate and reap the rewards from the comfort of your home.
A charity who helps residents save money, stay warm, and improve energy efficiency in their homes. They do home visits and can help with "small measures" including free LED light bulbs and draught excluders.
If you need support with day to day issues and want to feel more in control of things we can support you with solving your problems. Whether you need help to manage your bills, change schools or apply for benefits – we are here to help you to make positive changes in your life and take steps towards achieving your goals.
We have helped previous clients to resolve problems around education, benefits, finance, and much more. If we are unable to help you, we usually know someone who is.
Services are delivered from our offices near Latimer road is open to anyone who can access or office.
Citizens Advice Help to Claim service can support you in the early stages of your Universal Credit claim, from the application, through to your first payment. Including support with gathering evidence needed for the claim, checking entitlements and demonstrating immigration status.
The service is delivered through local CABs, but there’s also a national phone number and a webchat available.
Debt advice is provided face to face, be warned they sometimes have a four week waiting period and might try to send you somewhere else.
